LOGIC MEETING AT THE UCLA LOGIC CENTER
February 1 - February 3, 2013
There will be a very informal gathering of logicians at UCLA, from 2:00 PM on Friday, February 1, until 12:00, noon, on Sunday, February 3. This is the seventeenth in a series of occasional meetings, which started in 1975-76 and are characterized by few formal talks (in all areas of logic) and plenty of time for informal contact.
The meeting is open to all and it is free, although the
organizers will happily accept a voluntary, $20 contribution by
non-student participants, to help cover the non-chargeable
entertainment costs. Funding for the meeting is provided
primarily by NSF grant DMS-1305671.
Student Travel Awards: Using NSF support, the organizers will make modest travel awards to graduate students and faculty in early career stages who attend the meeting. Please send an email message with a CV or a brief description of your studies, and ask your Thesis Advisor to also send a recommendation to email@example.com.
